Franklin Mint 1886 Benz Motorwagen Diecast

This diecast is a replica of the 1886 Benz Motorwagen.  It features many details unique to the factory specifications of the original vehicle.  This vehicle was the first to be powered by a combustible engine!  The model has been hand assembled from precision diecast metal.

It was put together from over 100 parts and many of the engine parts work like the original did.  It measures approximately 12"x7"x7" and is a 1:8 scale model.  There is no damage that we have found and everything works properly.  Although, it doesn't come with the original packaging, we do have the original tag and it is in mint condition.
